Georgetown-Burleith Solar Co-op selects installer, announces information session

By Ben Delman on June 10, 2017

The Georgetown-Burleith Solar Co-op has selected GreenBrilliance to install solar panels for the 26-member group. Co-op members selected the company through a competitive bidding process over two other firms. GreenBrilliance was selected because of their competitive pricing, local experience, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

DC SUN will host a final information session for those interested in learning more about solar technology, co-op basics, and economics on Monday, June 26 (details below).

The co-op is open to new members until June 30. Joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. GreenBrilliance will provide each co-op member with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, participants can save up to 20% off the cost of their system.
