Iron Range Solar Co-op selects installer

By Ben Delman on March 12, 2019

The Iron Range Solar Co-op has selected Wolf Track Energy to install solar panels for the 15-participant group. Co-op participants selected Wolf Track Energy through a competitive bidding process over two other firms. The group will hold its final public information session April 13 to educate the community about solar and the co-op process.

Co-op participants selected Wolf Track Energy for their quality equipment offerings, warranty, past co-op experience, and for being local to the Iron Range.

The co-op is open to new participants until May 31. Iron Range residents interested in joining the co-op can sign up at the co-op web page.

Wolf Track Energy will provide each co-op participant with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, participants can save off the cost of going solar and have the support of fellow group participants and solar experts at Solar United Neighbors.
