Massanutten co-op selects installer

The Massanutten Regional Solar Co-op has selected Independent Solar Solutions to install solar panels for the 100-member group. Co-op members selected Independent Solar Solutions over four other firms through a competitive bidding process.

Co-op members selected Independent Solar Solutions because of competitive pricing, quality components, and long warranties.

The co-op is open to new members until January 31, 2016. Page County, Shenandoah County, Rockingham County and Harrisonburg residents interested in joining the co-op can sign up at the co-op website or its Facebook page.

Joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. Independent Solar Solutions will provide each co-op member with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, each participant generally saves up to 20% off the cost of their system.
