Solar power has a way of uniting people from all walks of life and political perspectives. That’s because rooftop solar is simultaneously pro-consumer, pro-business, and pro-environment.
Today there is an opportunity to take an important step forward. Republicans and Democrats are joining together to create a new, bipartisan Congressional Solar Caucus. We need to let our elected officials know that solar is important to us. It is time to tell every Congress member to fight for our solar rights!
The caucus will work on a bipartisan basis to find common ground on policies that protect our right to go solar. If you believe we need more bipartisan support for solar power, please ask them to join the Solar Caucus.
