Tell the PSC to oppose Exelon’s corrupt deal

By Ben Delman on November 4, 2015

The Public Service Commission (PSC) is now accepting comments regarding the re-opened Exelon-Pepco case. The settlement does not address the PSC’s most important reasons for rejecting the deal.

We need to let them know where D.C. stands. This week, we are reminding them that this deal is corrupt. Exelon has bullied local charities to support the deal. The settlement’s promises are smoke and mirrors. Mayor Bowser signed this settlement with Exelon behind closed doors.

Please contact the PSC and request they stand up for D.C. by again rejecting Exelon.
