Middle Peninsula Co-op party house and systemThe Three Rivers Solar Co-op selected P.E.G. Solar of Ashland, Virginia to install solar panels for the group totaling 18 participants. Co-op participants selected P.E.G. over two other firms through a competitive bidding process. The group will hold its final public information session in January with the time and location to be announced in the coming weeks.

Co-op participants selected P.E.G. because of their equipment quality, financing, storage options, and long warranties

The co-op is open to new participants until February 1. Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck residents interested in joining the co-op can sign up on the co-op webpage. Joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. PEG Solar will provide each co-op participant with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, participants can save on the cost of going solar and have the support of fellow group members and solar experts at Solar United Neighbors.
