Lobbying 101: How to Influence Your Elected Officials

January 17 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Protecting the rights of solar owners is at the core of our mission at Solar United Neighbors. It has been shown that one of the most effective ways to demonstrate to decision makers that solar matters is giving them an opportunity to hear from constituents like you.

Join us for this Lobbying 101 Training where you will learn how to hold an impactful and effective meeting with your elected officials and make your interests known.

Panelists:

Liz Veazey, Policy & Rural Energy Director, Solar United Neighbors
Sarah Solomon, Director of Community Impact, Solar United Neighbors
Lisa Hecht, SUN Volunteer and Solar Homeowner

SUN events are a way for people to learn. As a nonprofit we are both installer and vendor neutral. By registering for this event, you agree to attend as an individual and not to advertise or promote any services you happen to be associated with. You also agree to not attempt to sell solar or solicit leads. If you do so, you will be removed from the event. Two violations will result in you being banned from SUN events.

After sign up, Solar United Neighbors may contact you by email or phone with campaign updates and other offers of engagement. You can unsubscribe at any time.
