We’ll take you through solar technology, economics, the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant program and other financing options, and more. You’ll also hear from the USDA Indiana Rural Development officer with more specifics about the REAP grant program. At the end of the presentation, we’ll hear from a REAP recipient who went solar.

You’ll also learn about Solar United Neighbor’s ‘Ready, Set, Solar REAP for rural small businesses’ program. This program is free to join. Participants are *not* obligated to purchase a solar array or apply for a REAP grant.

RSS REAP participants receive:

• a free review of your roof & property to see if solar panels will work for you
• one-on-one support for all your questions about going solar
• assistance with contacting solar installers for bids, then reviewing the bids you’ve received.
