Co-op in Orange County selects Goldin Solar to serve group

By Ben Delman on March 6, 2018

The Orange County East Solar Co-op has selected Goldin Solar to install solar panels for the 133-participant group. Co-op participants selected Goldin through a competitive bidding process over nine other firms. The group will hold its final public information session on March 13 at Lake Nona High School to educate the community about solar and the co-op process.

Co-op participants selected Goldin Solar for their experience, locality, equipment offerings, warranties, and price.

The co-op is open to new participants until April 23. Orange County residents living east of Interstate 4 interested in joining the co-op can sign up at the co-op web page.

The co-op is free to join and joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. Goldin Solar will provide each co-op participant with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, participants can save off the cost of going solar and have the support of fellow group participants and solar experts at Solar United Neighbors.
