Community solar comes to Maryland

Yesterday, May 12th 2015, the Governor signed the community solar bill. Congratulations to everyone who worked hard to get this bill passed! The initial program will include a three-year pilot for community solar projects and will review the impact of community solar in the state. The Maryland Public Service Commission has until May, 2016 to implement regulations for this legislation.
