North Central WV Solar Co-op selects installer

By Ben Delman on October 20, 2016

The North Central WV Solar Co-op has selected Mountain View Solar to install solar panels for the 25-member group. Co-op members selected Mountain View Solar through a competitive bidding process. The group will hold a public information session on October 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the Morgantown Public Library (373 Spruce Street) to educate the community about solar and the co-op process. A representative from Mountain View Solar will be on hand to answer questions as well.

Co-op members selected Mountain View Solar because of their experience and their competitive pricing.

The co-op is open to new members until December 12. North Central West Virginia residents interested in joining the co-op can sign up at the co-op’s web page. Joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. Mountain View Solar will provide each co-op member with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, each participant generally saves up to 20% off the cost of their system.
