Participants in Montgomery County Solar Co-op select Solar Energy World to serve group

The Montgomery County Solar Co-op has selected Solar Energy World to install solar panels for the 80-member group. Co-op members selected Solar Energy World through a competitive bidding process over five other firms.

Co-op participants selected Solar Energy World because of their competitive prices, top quality equipment, and their ability to handle a large group of installations.

The co-op is open to new members until May 4, 2018. Montgomery County residents interested in joining the co-op can sign up at the co-op website. Joining the co-op is not a commitment to purchase panels. Solar Energy World will provide each co-op member with an individualized proposal based on the group rate. By going solar as a group and choosing a single installer, participants can save off the cost of going solar and have the support of fellow group members and solar experts at Solar United Neighbors.
