The Solar Foundation and Community Power Network partner to create solar schools guide

Community Power Network and The Solar Foundation have collaborated to produce a two page resource guide on solar energy for schools!

The guide provides a quick overview of solar energy, how schools can benefit from solar, and how to go about selecting a solar site. There are also a number of links to excellent curriculum resources for teachers looking to bring solar into their classroom.

Community Power Network is also currently working on an expanded solar for schools resource guide that will include detailed information about solar for schools, how to select an installer, how to finance a system, and much more. We’ll also profile some schools that have gone solar.
