VA SUN appoints citizen advisory board to grow grassroots network across Virginia

By Ben Delman on October 7, 2016

We’re proud to announce the creation of the VA SUN Advisory Board. The 18-member board is made up of solar supporters from around the Commonwealth. Each member brings a unique background and area of expertise to help more Virginians go solar. It is a good mix of experienced solar professionals, academics, and new solar advocates representing all areas of the commonwealth.

“VA SUN is grateful to count on the support of such a diverse group of solar advocates,” said Aaron Sutch, VA SUN Program Director. “They will help our grassroots organization spread even more solar across Virginia.”

The board will provide strategic input and help further connect VA SUN with the greater Virginia solar community. Members will have the opportunity engage in specific initiatives while supporting VA SUN’s mission to strengthen Virginia’s community of solar supporters.
