Why did you decide to go solar?

To reduce our fossil fuel consumption and for the financial benefits

Did anything surprise you about going solar?

Totally maintenance free!  And the phone app to see current and YTD electric production is very helpful.

Do you have any data about your solar system performance? What electricity savings have you seen since going solar?

We post date each Sunday in our worship bulletin. Over almost two years we have produced over 25 MWh of electricity. Our monthly electrical expense savings is between $200-250.

What advice would you give to someone considering going solar?

Just do it. Your ROI is better than a savings account and it reduces your carbon footprint.

After two years, we have no regrets in installing solar.
