Why did you decide to go solar?

APS is not going to cut rates, they’re only going to go up from here. We were also motivated to do the right thing for the environment.

Did anything surprise you about the process of going solar?

We had a few communication issues with the installer but the installation turned out great.

Do you have any data about your solar system performance? What electricity savings have you seen since going solar?

Not as many saving as I expected but there were still some. There was a behavior change because, well, we have free energy now!
