Call Script: Community Solar for PA (HB 1842)!

Hello, my name is (NAME) and I am a constituent of (Senator NAME), my address is: (ADDRESS). I am calling to ask (Senator NAME) to vote YES when the bill comes up for a vote.

HB 1842 will enable Pennsylvanians to participate in community solar, a program that allows people to save money on their energy bills and access solar energy all at the same time. As an energy consumer in our commonwealth, I am eager to participate in this program and would like (Senator NAME) to support it when it comes to a vote.

Importantly, I want to mention that I also want (Senator NAME) to preserve net metering for individual rooftop solar installations. I do not want (Senator NAME) to make trade-offs to end net metering. We can and should have both net metering and community solar to save consumers money and expand access to clean energy.
