On Saturday, October 15, 2016, solar supporters from around the state joined together for the first annual Maryland Solar Congress! This presentation explains how the state is planning to shift from centralized energy generation, distribution, pricing, and control to the decentralized integration of local, consumer-owned, flexible, and efficient energy.
